Shipping Rates

Listed below are shipping rates for the US & Canada:

• All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days barring any complications.
• Please double-check the shipping address that you provide. If we ship to an incorrect address due to an entry error, we are not liable for the shipping charges.

Return Policy & Shipping Recommendations:

• Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from date of customer receipt.
• Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
• Product must be in new and re-saleable condition with original packaging.
• We cannot ship bodyball packages to Post Office boxes. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Return Instructions

Please follow these easy steps

1. Carefully re-package the shippment to prevent shipping damages.

2. Send your returns to:

3. Mail your package to us using a trackable shipper, such as UPS, DHL, or Insured US Mail.

4. The cost of the product will be refunded once your package has been received back to us in good condition.

Canadian Orders:

Canadian orders may encounter other charges such as customs, duty fees, import taxes or delivery fees that apply to Canada that you will be responsible for when your purchase is delivered, according to Canadian laws. Please note: you are responsible for additional charges. If you refuse shipment, you will be held accountable for shipping and disposal of the shipment.

You may be charged additional fees and taxes. Please contact your local Chamber of Commerce for specific charges.
