Thanks for the great email out this morning about household cleaners. I truly believe that Pink Solution is a great product. We use it in our home and find it very important to not expose ourselves or the kids to the harmful chemicals in regular cleaners. Although I was unaware that Windex had such harmful chemicals in it and I admit we still have some glass cleaner in the house. I will be getting rid of it asap thanks to your newsletter. I thought I would share with you the email I sent out this morning to my friends with a note encouraging them to purchase some Pink Solution and to check out your news letter. I hope they do!

You all know I never usually forward too much stuff, but we actually use this product (pink solution) in our house and I love it and really believe in it. I know for sure when I found out I was pregnant gaining the weight was one thing I had a hard time coping with.

But everything went perfect and I had a healthy 7lbs 11oz baby and have the same body as I did before!

The first picture is obvious when I was 8 months pregnant and the last is me last weekend only four months AFTER the birth!

The pregnancy one was the week before I delivered and the after was 7 weeks after my daughter was born.

Hello Michelle,

What a great idea to encourage people that they can loose their baby weight!! I hear so many people who just give in to the extra kilos using their pregnancy as an excuse....

I exercised regularly during the pregnancy and have continued this since Ella was born 3 months ago. I eat reasonably well, but during the pregnancy and while breastfeeding have had to succumb to sugar cravings on many occasions!

I am still not quite back to my pre-pregnancy shape, but it will come with time (hopefully). Pregnancy without Pounds and Mommy Without Pounds program was great.

Michelle,

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to send these out. My old computer crashed and I had trouble finding a pre pregnancy picture that showed my whole body. Most of the early pictures are of my tummy only.

I weighed 141 pds when I got pregnant. I was working out 3-4 days a week and kept working out until my 7th month of pregnancy doing step aerobics and light weights three days a week. I had to stop working out and was put on temporary bed rest due to swelling in the end. Within 10 days all my swelling was gone and I weighed 140 pds. I have gained 5pds back since I quick breast feeding. It's been 9 months and I am just now starting to work out again. I will admit I do not have the time to work out like before but Elisabeth is now 9 months old and I am back in the gym 2-3 days a week right now.

We waited 11 years for our precious angel and she's the greatest gift God has blessed our marriage with besides each other.

Valentine Forde Crowley was born on the 29th Nov 2006...he is just beautiful!

The one in the red 16th Dec 2006.

I only put on 15 kg and ate everything good...I didn't crave anything fatty or creamy....I ate alot of seaweed too which helped me with morning sickness.... but overall... I had a beautiful pregnancy...very glamorous....had a lot of nice events to dress up for and show off bump....

If anyone feels crappy during pregnancy it only means it's up to them to change it.... I put away 9 bags of clothes that I couldn't wear which was depressing at first.... but knowing that once the belly is gone, I will have them all again to wear....buying nice clothes durring pregnancy is not a waste as if planning to have a couple of kids can give you maximum wear....

A piece of advice for the other pregnancy without pounds readers if anyone who thinks short hair during pregnancy is easier is wrong....a girlfriend of mine thought i was ridiculus for keeping my long hair and she cut hers off.... long hair still makes you feel glamourous and girlie when you have those extra kg's on..... The only tip I have is 'definately keep your hair long'......

I had a c-sect as he was breech but had a show a few days before my surgery booking..... so I still unfortunately felt the contractions up to 3 mins apart before they took him out! Recovering has been fine, it has been hard - not being able to to do many physical things is annoying.... but I haven't excercised at all like I used to before I was pregnant and the kg's seem to be going (maybe due to breastfeeeding)....I won't go back to the gym as I don't want to lose too much weight and I enjoy feeling a bit fuller than I was when I originally fell pregnant....

He is 3 weeks old today, I'm breastfeeding and eating more than I did when pregnant(it feels)..... My tummy still has a dark line and belly button is forming back to normal...my scar isn't overly noticeable and I feel great!

Before I got pregnant, I weighed 119 lbs. By the time I had my baby on September 6, 2006, I weighed 144 lbs.

Just one week after I had my baby, I weighed 124 lbs. I am happy to say that I currently weigh 112 lbs.

Michelle,
I had my baby on 11/21/2006. I have pretty much lost all my baby weight, I have about 9 lbs to get back to my original weight. Although I still can't fit into my skinny jeans, because of my hips. I think I will be able to once I loose all the baby weight. I think what has helped me loose the weight so fast is breast feeding. Also, I'm not pregnant anymore so I do watch what I eat. I quickly went back to my old eating habits. I thought I wouldn't be able to because I ate rather poorly during my pregnancy. But it was possible to start eating healthy again.

I'm happy that I will be able to be back to my old self soon. I will start excersing again after my 6 weeks. Thank you for your support and advise all through my pregnancy.
