Elisa Ortiz's Success Story

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to send these out. My old computer crashed and I had trouble finding a pre pregnancy picture that showed my whole body. Most of the early pictures are of my tummy only.

I weighed 141 pds when I got pregnant. I was working out 3-4 days a week and kept working out until my 7th month of pregnancy doing step aerobics and light weights three days a week. I had to stop working out and was put on temporary bed rest due to swelling in the end. Within 10 days all my swelling was gone and I weighed 140 pds. I have gained 5pds back since I quick breast feeding. It's been 9 months and I am just now starting to work out again. I will admit I do not have the time to work out like before but Elisabeth is now 9 months old and I am back in the gym 2-3 days a week right now.

We waited 11 years for our precious angel and she's the greatest gift God has blessed our marriage with besides each other.
