Exercise Post-Labor

From Phoebe Fennell

Dear Michelle,

Thank you so much for all your help throughout my pregnancy.

I had a BEAUTIFUL baby girl on 11/15 (9 lbs!) I've waited the 2 weeks my midwives suggested (breastfeeding, resting, enjoying the baby) and am now ready to start some gentle exercise to get back to my non-pregnant self.

Would you write an article on how to get started with exercise post-labor? When to start? How? Some good exercises for those trouble spots (like the flabby belly!).

Thanks!

All the best,
Phoebe Fennell
