Eating Right and Exercising While Pregnant

I just read the letter from Tracey Ulrich asking about celebrities and how they regain their shape after pregnancy. I thought your response was great. So many women think that they have to carry around those post pregnancy pounds for a while but they have control on how long they do. I am a very active, healthy person and I took very good care of myself during my pregnancies. What that did for me was that I didn’t gain more weight than suggested. After my deliveries I focused on being healthy. Eating right and exercising etc. I lost the weight very quickly. I always had someone there to encourage me on like you did with your letter back to Tracy Ulrich. These women need to know they can do it. Keep up the good work.
