Exercise Through My Pregnancy Has Paid Off

HI Michelle,

I had my baby 3 weeks ago and through out my pregnancy was worried about the weight I would gain and if I would get my pre pregnancy body back.

Its only been 3 weeks and although I still cant fit into my original size jeans it is amazing at how much my body has changed and I can already see that my exercise through my pregnancy has paid off. All my friends are commenting on how great I look

I am now getting back into my proper fitness routine and am starting to run again. I was still a bit skeptical after reading Michelles book, I gained over 40 pounds and my appetite was huge. My appetite has now gone back to what it was originally and I now know that your body really does amazing things for that tiny human growing inside you.

Don’t give up, exercise, eat right and not only will you get your body back you will have a really good labor.
