Love The Pregnancy Without Pounds E-book

Hi! I just downloaded your book last week and LOVE it!! We are a little over 5 weeks pregnant now. I am determined NOT to gain the 55 lbs that I did with my daughter!! I just had a couple of questions.

1. Is it ok to have a homemade banana shake with some vanilla extract in it?? I know it has some alcohol, but I didn't know if it was ok since it is such a low percentage.

2. I haven't worked out in about 10 months (since my daughter has been able to crawl). I just got a membership to a gym to start back up again. I am about 15-20 lbs overweight. I have gone 3 times in the past week, but want to know if a 30 minute walk (3.2 mph) and some very light weights are ok. I felt fine, no pains or dizziness.

3. Also, am I able to do the ab machines?? VERY light weight in a sitting forward bend, then the sitting twist kind??
