Hi Michelle,

I wanted to write to you to say thanks for your e-mails, I always seem to receive them at the right time of my pregnancy. For example the one you sent today sees me going into week 37 of my 2nd pregnancy and the head is engaged by 3/5ths (whatever this means!) so I could be due anytime. Anyway, as with my 1st pregnancy I am up to 26lbs weight gain and I have exercised right the way through. I feel content and happy at the moment although I know that once the baby comes I will have that "jelly belly" and the extra fat around the hips and thighs you often talk about. I also agree with you that breast-feeding helps with the weight loss and as with Molly I will endeavour to feed Junior the same way. I do have to say that whilst I was feeding my appetite soared and I was hungrier than when I was pregnant, but once I stopped the pounds came off slowly and the fat stores depleted.
