Pregnancy and Staying Healthy

Hello Michelle:

I am sure you get THOUSANDS of these emails each and every day but I just had to send in mine.

I have been receiving your newsletter since I was 20 weeks pregnant, and I have been loving it! It has helped me to maintain my focus where it needs to be – the pregnancy and staying healthy in order to have a healthy baby. I haven't been focusing on the numbers on the scale, I have just been eating well and exercising when I can. My doctor wouldn't allow me to do a "regular" exercise program due to having a higher risk pregnancy, but he has allowed me to do prenatal yoga and prenatal aqua-fit classes - both of which I have really enjoyed doing.

My point in all of this is that now I am at my due date (yep, today is my due date) and I just received another of your newsletter - this one about taking the weight off after the baby has arrived - I really liked this one! Having read it, my focus will continue to be on staying healthy, but mostly (and realistically) it is going to be on my baby and caring for her.

I just wanted to thank you for your newsletters and to let you know that I am looking forward to your postpartum book that is scheduled to come out in the fall. As I mentioned, your newsletters have really helped out during my pregnancy. Thank you for your efforts, your encouragement and enthusiasm. Keep up the great work!!
