Your little newsletter is really nice and I'm grateful to receive it even though I didn't actually buy anything on your website.

I like the way you deal with the issues in an informal sort of way. At a time when usually all advice irritates, you come across as someone who's empathetic rather than preachy.

PS: This is my second pregnancy and because it was a bit tricky in the beginning I was told to lie flat on my back for the first 2 months... so I put on much more weight than I should have... but breast feeding and a healthy diet can work wonders post partum, they did for my first baby... and fingers crossed and help us all, if this pregnancy goes well, I'm hoping once my second one is born, I'll be able to lose the weight naturally and intelligently and effectively again.
